Boise Ad Agency Grows By 3

It was only a year and a half ago that Duft Watterson opened its doors, helping brands across the U.S. standout in their ever competitive markets. Today we seem to be filling up our office space more quickly than ever and are excited about what lies ahead. Since our humble beginnings in early 2018, our Boise ad agency has grown from a few movers and shakers to a well rounded team of 17 artists, designers, writers, digital natives and account strategists.

We’re no stranger to the war for talent. Attracting employees can be difficult in today’s competitive job market, so we’re thrilled to have nabbed three rockstar new hires in the past few months. These newcomers are settling in quickly, getting up to speed and already taking on big projects for some of our largest accounts. We’d like to take a minute to recognize the new additions to the DW team.

Casaundra – Account Manager

Describe your role at Duft Watterson in five words or fewer.
Juggler of the to-do’s

One food you could eat for the rest of your life and not get tired of it?
Sweet potato fries

Best part of working here?
The best part of the job is collaborating with some mighty fine professionals. Everyone here at DW is truly an inspiration. We are a cohesive team that works passionately, collaborates effectively, creates outstanding work and has a grand time doing it together. What more could you want?

Shauna – Account Manager

What are three words you’d use to describe DW?
Collaborative, ambitious and clever

What gets you out of bed in the morning?
I find purpose in team-work – I hope doing my job well makes someone else’s day a little easier and a little brighter. I love hosting dinner parties for friends and planning little weekend adventures with my husband and kids for the same reason – I find joy in togetherness and shared purpose.

Best part of the job so far?
DW brings together a vibrant group with perspectives that are refreshing and inspiring. The agency is truly client-focused. We create great work that grows client brands and companies and we get to have a great time doing it. Working with people who love their jobs makes all the difference.

Jeff – Designer

How did you get started with design?
I’ve been into drawing since I was very young and had an initial desire to become a cartoonist. After taking an art design class for high school in 2012, I began experimenting making tutorials and studying Photoshop and found a love for design. I quickly began working on personal projects and projects outside of class for friends and family.

Anything surprising people wouldn’t guess about you?
One thing people wouldn’t guess about me is that I was born in Dallas, Texas but have lived in New Zealand for thirteen years of my life.

Best part of working at DW?
The best part of working at DW is that I am surrounded by a really supportive team of experienced and talented designers who I can learn from and get constant feedback to help me further develop my own design skills.

We can’t wait to see these new team members kill it this year. Welcome Casaundra, Shauna and Jeff!
