Account Manager

An Idaho native with an international spirit, Sandy spent her undergraduate years pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics at Boise State University. But realizing there are like three linguistic jobs in the U.S.—maybe two—and given her love for connecting through language and culture, she spent every free moment of her undergraduate years teaching English to the refugee community of Boise, tutoring international students and studying American Sign Language, German, Spanish, Swahili and Arabic. After graduation, she spent a year in the Austrian Alps teaching English as a foreign language, skiing, hiking and otherwise frolicking. 

After she shifted gears from teaching and returned to Boise, Sandy joined the marketing team at a fast-growing DTC start-up. While there, she stoked a newfound passion for brand marketing, data-driven decision making and a roll-up-her-sleeves attitude. She has experience with DTC and CPG brands, brand and performance marketing, and is comfortable wrangling any behind-the-scenes chaos into a successful marketing campaign.

After hours, you can find her enjoying time with her husband and two young girls, doing whatever her toddler tells her to do. Sandy is an amateur cut-flower farmer, and spends her weekends in the garden picking flowers and questing to hybridize two new dahlia varieties to name after her girls. Otherwise, catch her with a craft cocktail watching any/all of the 90 Day Fiancé spinoffs, reading the latest TikTok-viral trash romantasy or hosting Craft ’n Yap nights with her friends.
