Junior Strategist

Justin got his start as a photographer and videographer, working with a variety of brands: AIG, The Hartford, Hanger Clinic, Sage Fly Rods, Rio Products, U.S. Paralympics and more. As an avid fly fisher and environmental advocate, he also led the board of directors for a native fish nonprofit and served on the board of a renewable energy nonprofit. Seeking something to blend his unique background, Justin headed to the University of Oregon to earn a master’s in Advertising and Brand Responsibility. 

With a master’s degree in hand, Justin splits his time between creating insightful, creative strategies and mountain biking, ice and rock climbing, reading non-fiction, fermentation, and who knows what else? But one thing has remained consistent, and that’s fly fishing. It’s taken him around the country and into remote parts of central Europe. 

Justin knows people have lost trust in major institutions and believes brands can fill that void through a simple yet thoughtful strategy. That’s why he is here.
