Ismael is a versatile professional with a background in finance, marketing, and business development. He got his first taste of the agency life, competing in the AAF’s National Student Advertising Competition as a member of the 2nd place winning Boise State team. Later, after starting his career in business development, he leaped into the agency world as a media controller for a local Boise agency.
Today, Ismael supports the media team in managing various financial aspects related to media accounts and vendor payments, including collecting, organizing, and inputting media accounts payables, ensuring accurate matching of broadcast invoicing with confirmed orders, and reconciling insertion orders. He’s involved with maintaining up-to-date records of all media vendors, collecting W9s and remit addresses from vendors, monitoring payment updates, and compiling and organizing vendor invoices for client invoice processing.
