Content marketing and account coordinator
As the middle child in a family of three girls, Angie is very comfortable being in the middle of a lot of action (a.k.a., chaos). So, juggling multiple marketing tasks simultaneously is second nature to her. And though she didn’t set out to be a content marketing and account coordinator, she always found herself drawn to how well content and project management can engage people in the marketing mix.
For college, Angie, a Boise native, ventured up north to the land of black and gold, where she graduated from the University of Idaho in 2013 with an International Studies degree and a minor in Public Relations. After college she landed a job in Washington, D.C. working for an Idaho senator. She liked the fast-paced lifestyle of the East Coast, but remained connected to her Idaho roots.
Eventually, Angie returned to the West to join a digital agency called Adpearance in Portland, where she managed a variety of clients and wore multiple hats. She returned to Boise to work in-house creating email marketing campaigns and content for vacation rental-tech leader Vacasa. To say her family was delighted with her return is an understatement.
Today’s she’s DW’s super-smart content marketing and account coordinator, managing content plans, creating content, and driving projects forward.
On the weekends, Angie doubles as a wedding photographer. You can also find her sipping Americanos at her favorite coffee shops, listening to investigative podcasts (right now it’s My Favorite Murder), or searching for the best slice of avocado toast.
